The Directors are supported in the Woodlands Nursery Group by a highly skilled and experienced Senior Leadership Team who bring diverse and extremely valuable support to the whole nursery.

Willow House has a staff team of enthusiastic, dedicated and highly professional individuals who place the needs of the children and the wishes of parents as their top priority.

Stringent recruitment procedures are followed in respect of all staff who join the nursery which include interviews, trial sessions, references and full DBS Police Checks. Staff receive a comprehensive Induction Programme and undertake regular Appraisals and Training to continue their Professional Development.
