We are building a fantastic team of passionate and wonderfully qualified Staff at Willow House. Continuous Professional Development is encouraged and nurtured, with training provided both externally and in-house.
We are focusing recruitment on our Qualified team members at the moment (36-41.5 hours per week) so if you would like further information, do just send us an email.
We are also recruiting for a Housekeeper – who will support with teas and help us with the many day-to-day housekeeping jobs that occur in our Nursery! The position is 4pm – 6pm, five days per week on a year-round basis.
This role may be taken in conjunction with (or separate from) our Lunchtime Supervisor role. This is 11.30am-1.30pm each day, on a year-round basis.
Finally, we have two upcoming Maternity roles, for Qualified staff members, commencing in June 2025.
Alice joined Beech House as an apprentice. She rose to Group Leader and then to Room Leader, as well as spending time as a child’s 1:2:1 support worker. Alice has taken the next step and is now part of our Board of Leaders, providing support every Tuesday at Willow House in the Mountain Room to share ideas and best practice: hear about her journey with the Woodlands Nursery Group
