We believe the thoughts, views and personal recommendations from existing and recent parents are the most valuable and meaningful introduction and reassurance to new parents.
To ensure we receive feedback from our Parents throughout the time their children are with us, we distribute Questionnaires:
1. Soon after their child has settled into nursery
2. When a child moves up from one department to another – reflecting on their previous department and on their transition.
3. When they leave to go to Primary School
We will ensure to listen to, and truly hear, the views and requests of the Parents and families at Willow House. In the meantime, please do have a read of some of the kind words written by our current Beech House parents…
