Government support is available to help with childcare fees, through Tax-Free Childcare (up to £2,000 per year – available to every child) and Early Entitlement Funding (up to £5,803 per year – available the term after your child turns three, or £4,070 the term after your child turns two, or £5,563.20 the term after your child turns nine months). Please do speak with Emma Jeffs if you would like to know more.
WORKPLACE VOUCHERS: Willow House is registered to accept a range of different Workplace Childcare Vouchers who make payments directly from parents’ Employers and are able to offset them against Tax. Please ask the Office for more information as arrangements for this changes quite frequently.
EARLY ENTITLEMENT FUNDING: Willow House is fully registered to accept Government Early Entitlement Funding [EEF] and all children are eligible to receive funding from the beginning of the term following their third Birthday, or for eligible working families from the term after a child turns nine months. For full information please contact Emma Jeffs. Please note, we shall be offering the full 11.4/22.8 hours funding, however, the EEF received by our Nursery does not cover our costs, and as such, if you are seeking a fully funded position do note that there are Chargeable Elements and that we request a Recommended Voluntary Contribution.
CHARGEABLE EXTRAS & RECOMMENDED VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTION:
The Chargeable Extra is calculated based on the sessions done in that month and covers predominantly food. Other items that could be chargeable under the EEF agreement include – outings, trips, class parties and events, specialist external teachers, nursery clothing, lending libraries etc. As these are variable throughout the year, it is very difficult to itemise in a monthly figure, as such we currently do not specify a charge for them, but reserve the right to do so at any time without notice.
If you have any questions regarding our EEF policy, Chargeable Extras & the Recommended Voluntary Contributions please do not hesitate to speak to us.
