Please take this form to make changes to your child’s booking pattern in the Meadow Room: the form is available 24/7, and can be used to notify us on planned absences, to Swap Sessions and to book Extra session.

Remember that your child has an annual swap allowance.  Your last invoice states the number of swaps available at the top.

Do please chat with the Office if you believe your child is likely to be transitioning to the Mountain Room when you plan on taking the swap or extra, to ensure availability in that room!
